FIELD: manufacture of semiproducts from wastes of titanium or titanium alloys. SUBSTANCE: wastes of titanium and its alloys are compacted, hydrogen-charged, pressed into semiproducts, and then, they are dehydrogenated. Hydrogen charging and dehydrogenation are carried out concurrently in the same cycle of heating, in the same surface space, with use for dehydrogenation of circulating flow of cleaned protective gas and for hydrogen charging use is made of flow of spent gas after dehydrogenation.
