FIELD: mechanical engineering; mixing of liquid fractions; preparation of emulsions from liquid and alternate fuels for engines. SUBSTANCE: novelty in design of mixer is that channels in mixer nozzle are made with diameter decreasing from inlet to outlet. Shape of channels resembles left-hand right-hand rotation screw. Installed at outlet of channels are blades of left-hand and right-hand arrangement to provide opposite movement of liquid flows passing along channel and between blades.
