MANUFACTURE OF NONWOVEN FABRIC LAMINATED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric laminated material free from separation between layers and breakage when a tape is removed from a sterilization wrap, etc. CONSTITUTION: A three-layered laminated material having a total weight per unit area of 30-120g/m<2> is produced by laminating an upper and a lower layers consisting of polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven fabric having weight per unit area of 10-40g/m<2> and produced at 80-125 deg.C of heat embossing temperature on upper and lower sides of a middle layer consisting of polypropylene melt- blow nonwoven fabric having weight per unit area of 8-40g/m<2> . In this manufacturing process, the polypropylene melt-blow nonwoven fabric and the polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven fabric are produced at the different processes to each other. The obtained nonwoven fabric laminated material 12 is used for wrapping a metal net 11 containing medical utensils and subjected to a steam sterilization treatment.
