PURPOSE: To surely remove even a diseased part, which is just smoothly expanded, with extremely simple configuration by forming knots at the plural positions of the loop part of a manipulation wire when removing the diseased part or the like inside a coelom by letting a high frequency current flow to the manipulation wire. CONSTITUTION: A manipulation wire 12 is formed with a tensile conductive wire, the part near its top end is curved in the shape of V and turned over and the end part is tied by a wire 16 for tie so that a loop part 12a can be formed at the top end part. When the manipulation wire 12 is pulled into a flexible tube 11, this wire is folded with this V-shaped top end as a center and pulled into the flexible tube 11. Besides, when the wire is protruded out of the flexible tube 11, the loop part 12a largely opened into an almost circular shape is formed by its spring property. Further, plural knots 17 are formed at the base side positions rather than the top end curved part of the loop part 12a. |
