PURPOSE: To provide a method for dissolving problems concerning anaerobic bacteria in early stages by simply detecting existence of anaerobic bacteria in a aqueous system. CONSTITUTION: This method for detecting anaerobic bacteria is carried out by using an alloy of a metal selected from copper and titanium or a metal selected from iron, nickel, copper, aluminum and titanium as an indicate electrode 3 and measuring the potential difference between the indicate electrode 3 and the reference electrode 4. |
