PURPOSE: To make seat belt usable only by rotating an arm rest by juxtaposing a seat buckle holder and a cam bracket in notch parts formed on both left and right side surfaces of the base end of the arm rest so as to be relatively rotatable according to rotation of the arm rest. CONSTITUTION: An arm rest 3 is moved to a housing position, and a buckle 4A is held between a back rest 2 and the arm rest 3. When a seat belt 4 of a central seat is used, the arm rest 3 is rotated up to a use position from the housing position positioned in the back rest 2. Here, in a process where the buckle 4A changes to a condition of coming into contact with a forward projecting cam 8B from a condition of coming into contact with a base circle 8A of a cam bracket 8, the buckle 4A is forward pushed out. Therefore, the buckle 4A slips off from a claw 7A naturally or by overcoming elastic force of a projecting part 7E, and drops on a seat cushion 1, and calls upon a rear seat occupant to wear the seat belt. |
