The hydraulic drive system for reducing the noise from the cooling fan and increasing the cooling efficiency of the air-conditioner compressor(11), has a hydraulic pump for discharging the working fluid proportionally according to the RPM of the engine. The system comprises the hydraulic pump(2) for discharging the working fluid; relief valve(12) for bypassing the pressure when the working pressure is over than the preset pressure; hydraulic motors(6, 6', 6") for respectively driving the alternator, cooling fan and compressor(4)(9)(11); flow control valve(3') for supplying the working fluid to drive the hydraulic motor; electromagnetic proportional flow control valve controlled by the cooling water temp. controller(8).
