CURRENT COMPENSATION CIRCUIT OF LOGIC GATE

摘要

The circuit is for compensating a current flowing into a pseudo-nMOS logic to stabilize output signal of a NOR gate of the logic. The circuit comprises a current source(2) formed by connecting drains of NMOS(nM1'-nMN'), a driver(1) for driving the current source(2) by supplying constant voltage, and a current mirror(3) for supplying current which level is same as current level induced by the current source(2) to the output of the NOR gate.
