PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method of an air bag housing module cover by which a filler is uniformly dispersed in a molding module cover and can be continuously molded under accurate and stable material supply without requiring preliminary kneading and palletization by an extruder. CONSTITUTION: This is related to a manufacturing method of an air bag housing module cover having a tear line composed of at least thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer and a filler. From at least two or more supply devices 33 and 34, at least the filler among molding materials of thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer and a filler is quantitatively inputted to an injection molding machine 31 having a screw 35 in a heating cylinder 32 through a regulating member having plural holes or notch parts to regulate a passing quantity of the molding materials on the material discharge side of a material supply passage 44 in which a feed screw 45 is inserted, and is melted, kneaded and plasticized in the heating cylinder 32, and is injected into metal molds 1 and 2, and is directly molded.
