PURPOSE: To obtain the highly safe activator servable in large quantities at a low cost by using a cultured product produced by culturing Aspergillus mould together with a starch-predominant stock followed by fermentation through addition of Saccharomyces yeast. CONSTITUTION: Firstly, Aspergillus mould is inoculated into a starch-predominant stock such as rice, barley, wheat, corn or soybean and cultured. Second, Saccharomyces yeast is added to the cultured product to conduct further fermentation to obtain the second cultured product. Next, insolubles are removed from this cultured product to obtain the objective hemangioendothelial cell activator. The Aspergillus mould is pref. Aspergillus oryza. The Saccharomyces yeast is pref. Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This activator can be used as a raw material for medicines or quasi-drugs for improving surgical or internal angiopathy. Besides, formulation of this activator in cosmetics can improve epidermal tissue metabolism and give the skin dampishness. |
