<p>PURPOSE: To provided a treating method and a device of an org. waste water capable of sufficiently removing COD component and an ammoniacal nitrogen, etc., from the org. waste water and also capable of dispensing with a treatment of waste ozone and a regeneration of a filler. CONSTITUTION: An upper packed layer 3 is formed above a MnO2 packed layer 2 in which a MnO2 catalyst is packed, and gaseous ozone is diffused from a gaseous ozone diffuser 4 placed under this MnO2 packed layer 2. The org. waste water is supplied from an upper part of a reactor 1 and discharged from a bottom part of a vessel as a treated water. And a lower packed vessel for oxidizing manganese may be formed under the MnO2 packed layer 2.</p> |
