PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. which exhibits an excellent fusion strength when combined with a polypropylene. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. contains 100 pts.wt. crystalline chlorinated polyethylene having a degree of chlorination of 20-45 % and a heat of crystal fusion determined by DSC method of 5-35cal/g and obtd. by chlorinating a polyethylene having a wt.-average mol.wt. of 100,000-750,000, 1-100 pts.wt. polypropylene whose at least one of crystal peaks appearing in the measurement of heat of crystal fusion by the DSC is in the range of 130-155 deg.C, and 5-150 pts.wt. plasticizer. |
