PURPOSE: To provide the subject method capable of effectively masking the fishy smell of products containing docosahexaenoic acid (hereafter abbreviated as DHA) and/or derivative(s) therefrom, and applicable to all products including foods/beverages. CONSTITUTION: A citrus flavor and a yogurt flavor are added to a product (or a raw material thereof) containing DHA and/or derivative(s) therefrom. The derivatives include DHA's esters, glycerides, phospholipids, choline derivatives, amino acid derivatives, ascorbic acid derivatives and salts. The applicable products are e.g. cleansing agents, bathing agents, cosmetics, foods/ beverages, feed. The citrus flavor is pref. a lemon flavor. |
