PURPOSE: To prevent the clogging of a main flow passage filter and to simplify inspection by providing a side flow passage in parallel to the filter provided in the main flow passage, providing a filter and a pump in the side flow passage and hitting a discharging flow from the side flow passage against the rear side of the filter surface of the main flow passage filter. CONSTITUTION: In the main flow passage circuit, a fluid flows in from a flow-in passage 2 and is discharged from a discharging vessel 3 through the filter 4. The side flow passage circuit is provided parallel to the main flow passage circuit. And the cleaned fluid filtered by a filter 6 is hit against the rear side of the filter 4, As a result, the clogging of the filter 4 is prevented. On the the hand, when the sticking of a filtered material in the filter 6 increases, the filter 6 is disassembled, cleaned, assembled and successively operated. |
