PURPOSE: To grasp the best timing for receiving a product by calculating a necessary time for shipping a product while considering not only production capacity in a process but also parts purchasing capacity. CONSTITUTION: A time, needed for shipping the number of a shipment, is calculated based on production capacity in a process.... (s). A time. needed for shipping the shipment, is calculated based on parts purchasing capacity in the process.... (r). Based on these two calculated results, the necessary shipment time is calculated wherein the number of the shipment in the process and the time needed for shipping the number of the shipment are calculated.... (t). In calculating these items, based on the production capacity in the process, the calculation (d) of production intervals at every product kind, the decision (e) of the number of a lot at every product kind, and the decision (f) of the standard number of a stock and the like are to be included. Moreover, based on parts purchaing capacity in the process, the followings are to be included: conversion (c) from the number of the product in stock of parts into the number of the product, the calculation (a) of reproduction internals from parts delivery intervals and the number of products to be used, and the calculation (b) of the number of a reproduction at every reproduction interval and the like. |
