PURPOSE: To obtain an insert part with good productivity by the reduced number of processes by pouring a resin into a cavity in such a state that a holding means composed of material quality having an m.p. lower than the temp. of a molten resin is arranged in the cavity. CONSTITUTION: A core material 30 is held between two films 31 formed from a material having an m.p. lower than the temp. of a molten resin and the bottom mold 10c closing the lower part of a cavity 20 is inserted in the cavity. At the time of insert molding, the bottom mold 10c is set to the state inserted in the mold 10a and molds 10a, 10b are brought to a contact state. Thereafter, a heated molten resin is injected from a resin injection port. The resin passes through the communication passage 21 in the molds to flow in the cavity 30 and a resin part is molded around the core material 30. At this time, since the m.p. of the films 31 is lower than the temp. of the molten resin, the films 31 are melted by the heat of the injected resin to be closely bonded to the periphery of the core material 30. Thereafter, the resin is solidified and the molds are separated to take out a product. |
