PURPOSE: To perfectly correct the bias and bowed filling of a document fed by manual paper sheet feeding rollers in a pair of paper sheet feeding rollers. CONSTITUTION: This automatic document feeding device has a control device (control means) for driving a first driving motor M1 in the normal rotating direction by the total or more of the back rush, which is generated between each gears forming a gear train 55 by driving a first driving motor M1 in the reverse rotating direction, so as to stop the motor, and before the next document P is fed to a manual document supplying port 54, the first driving motor M1 is driven in the normal rotating direction by the total or more of the back rush generated in each gear forming the gear train 55. The back rush generated between each gears forming the gear train 55 at the time of driving the first driving motor M1 in the reverse rotating direction is changed to the back rush to be generated at the time of driving the first driving motor M1 in the normal rotating direction. |
