PURPOSE: To easily obtain frozen noodles improved in the production environment and capable of increasing the amount of soap to be attached to the noodle ribbons, by putting boiled noodle ribbons into a netty bag followed by freezing and then by putting the resultant frozen noodles into an outer bag followed by preservation. CONSTITUTION: Boiled noodles are disaggregated, packed into a netty bag, and the resultant noodle ribbons are frozen in a freezing chamber. The netty bag packed with the frozen noodle ribbons are drawn from the freezing chamber and housed in an outer bag, and then preserved in a refrigerating chamber below 0 deg.C. By this method, the noodle ribbons get uneven owing to the netty bag, leading to increase in the amount of soup to be attached to the noodle ribbons and enabling the noodles to be taken in good taste even with thin soap. |
