PURPOSE: To obtain a suppressant for nonallergic inflammations, comprising an extract separated from a culture solution of an actinomyces Streptomyces kanamyceticus with an organic solvent, hardly causing side effects and excellent in safety. CONSTITUTION: This suppressant for nonallergic inflammations comprises an extract separated from a culture solution of an actinomyces Streptomyces kanamyceticus such as a preserved bacterium (JAM4433) in the Institute of Physical and Chemical Research (RIKEN) or its dry solid substance with an organic solvent such as ethyl acetate. The daily dose of the suppressant is preferably within the range of 0.01-100mg/kg body weight.
