CORRUGATED FIBERBOARD BOX

PURPOSE: To prevent a pin hole from occurring on a sealed packaging bag containing medicine made of a gas barrier film to be held in a corrugated fiberboard box by providing a coating film of an acrylic resin on an internal face of the box. CONSTITUTION: An acrylic resin is applied on an internal face of a corrugated fiberboard box 10 which contains one or more sealed packaging bags with medicine sealed made of a gas barrier film. Varnish to be applied on the corrugated fiberboard is prepared by adding ethanol at a volume of 21 unit, wax and antifoaming agent at a volume of 3 unit as additive to aqueous varnish at a volume of 76 unit wherein approximately twice water is added to the acrylic resin. A coating film of the acrylic rein has a smooth surface so that the sealed packaging bag made of the gas barrier film may not be damaged during transportation or the like due to strong friction with an inner wall of the box 10, and occurrence of pin holes can be prevented. In addition, a partition is placed in the box 10, wherein the acrylic resin is applied also to the partition or the fiberboard is half-folded so that the resin-applied surfaces face outward for use as the partition.
