<p>PURPOSE: To automatically control a generator and efficiently drive the generator. CONSTITUTION: A main shaft generator 4 is installed in a main shaft 3 which is rotated and driven by a main engine 1. An exhaust gas economizer 7 to produce steam from water supplied from a boiler 6 by using the exhaust gas produced in the main engine as a heat source is installed and connected with a waste oil incinerator 29. The exhaust gas economizer 7 and a turbine 12 to drive a turbogenerator 11 are connected mutually through a steam pipe 13 provided with a steam pressure adjusting valve 14 in the middle. The steam pressure is detected by a pressure-signal converter 23, compared with a set pressure value 24 by a pressure controller 25, and the turbogenerator 11 is driven while the supplied steam pressure being kept constant. The fluctuation of the generation output of the turbogenerator 11 is detected by a load allotting apparatus 16 to control the main shaft generator 4. The output quantity of the generation of the turbogenerator 11 is detected by an electric power-signal convertor 26. The detected electric power and a set electric power value 27 are compared with one another by an electric power controller 28 and when the detected electric power is equal to or more than the set electric power value 27, the turbogenerator 11 is driven at constant electric power.</p> |
