MANUFACTURE OF STENT IN LUMEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stent for an adaptable cavity containing fibrin to be used for dosing a medicine for treatment of restricture. SOLUTION: A stent 50 is inserted in a pipe 55 made of hard material, PTCA balloon 60 fixed in a catheter 62 and an expanding element are inserted in the stent 50. Fibrinogen and thrombin suspended in physiological saline solution are put into the balloon 60 in the pipe 55 and the surrounding of the stent 50, the fibrin 65 is polymerized with the fibrinogen and then crosslinked. Once the balloon 60 is expanded, then contracted and removed from the pipe, thus a fibrin stent comprising the stent 50 fixed in a thin elastic film of the fibrin 65 is formed, it is removed from the pipe 55, cleaned with a buffer solution, and neutralized with thrombin having PPACK and the like. The crosslinking may become easier when culturing with a blood coagulation preventer.
