PURPOSE: To select or prepare the operation control method and improve the performance of the service of an elevator, by calculating the average waiting time of a user by using the output data of a landing call continuation measuring means and a user quantity measuring means, from the landing call registration at a hall on each floor. CONSTITUTION: The time from the registration of the landing call at a hall on each floor up to the reset of the landing call through the completion of the service of the elevator is measured by a landing call continuation time accumulation value measuring means 107 for each kind of call, each floor, and each direction. Further, the utilization situation data by users for each floor, direction, and the kind of call is measured by a user detecting means 102 and a number-of-user measuring means 103. The average waiting time of the user in each kind of call, floor, and direction is calculated by an average waiting time collecting means 108, from the output data of the above-described two measuring means and the data of a left user detecting means 104 and a number-of-times-of-landing-call counting means 106 for each kind, and the average waiting time is collected. Accordingly, the proper operation performance can be improved. |
