摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain an end tractor which moves in the organs, lesion, etc., in an operation under an endoscope, etc., by fitting either of a rigid rod or flexible member to the other, making this rigid rod movable along the longitudinal direction of the flexible member and providing this end tractor with a coupling means for removably coupling both. CONSTITUTION: Clamping forceps 16 are introduced via a pipe 40 for introduction into the celom and after the desired organs are clamped, a straight needle 18 is set into a clamping part 48 of a needle clamper 26 and is introduced into the celom via a pipe 40 in an operation under an endoscope. The straight needle 18 is drawn outside the celom via the desired position of the celom wall and is removed from the needle supporting part 48. The rigid rod is then introduced via an aperture formed by cutting a flexible pipe 14 near the straight needle 18 and the front end thereof is fitted into the hole of the clamping forceps 16. As a result, the organs clamped by the clamping pincers 16 are pressed when, for example, the rigid rod and the flexible pipe 14 are pushed from outside the celom. The organs are pulled when both are pulled. The movement of the organs to the desired position is thus made possible.
