<p>PURPOSE: To provide high-efficiency equipment which peels and crushes waste electrical goods, etc., by each material, recovering valuable resources by classification and minimizes the dust to be disposed by reclamation or incineration. CONSTITUTION: Motors, etc., removed by a metallic lump classifying means 4 are cooled by a cooler 10 and are thrown in a soft crushing device 6, by which the motors, etc., are crushed at a low tap. Remaining casings are previously subjected to primary crushing by a coarse crushing device 5 and are thrown in the soft crushing device 6. The coarse crushing device 5 operates mainly on a shearing effect and the soft crushing device has no shearing effect and peels and crushes the composite material structures by each material by the combined effects of pressure crushing, frictional crushing, twisting and kinking. The crushed materials are classified by each material in a metal classifying device 7, plastic classifying device 9, etc., of the ensuing stages. The classified materials are recovered as resources. Then, the greater part of the large-sized waste are recovered and are eventually recycled. The fine-grained dust is thus minimized.</p> |
