PURPOSE: To recover oil mist having small particle diameter efficiently by arranging a wire train in space in a pipe part and forming it as an oil mist separation growing part. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical separation growing part 10 and a cylindrical part for cover- protecting the oil mist separation growing part 10 are provided in an oil mist particle separation growing device. In the oil mist separation growing part 10, a ring part 11 having a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical part 20 is provided on a right end, and a ring part 12 having a same width as the ring part 11 is provided on a left end. Grooves 14a, 14b are notched from both outer circumferential rims to be opposed to each other, in the cylindrical part 13 which are provided between rings 11 and 12. A wire winding part 15 having a constant width is provided between both top ends of rings 11 and 12, and the train of the groove top end is formed as a wave shape. In the groove, stainless made wire member 16 whose wire diameter is 10μm is wound. Minute particle whose particle diameter in oil mist is about 2μand less is absorbed efficiently, and thereby, the diameter of the particle becomes largely, and then, the minute particle is separated from the wire member 16 and it is recovered. The wire rod winding part may be formed in a plate shape. The oil mist separation growing part 10, may be formed in such a way that those divided into the half size of a cylindrical shape are assembled together.
