摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printing plate capable of conducting continuous printing and a relatively inexpensive carrier sleeve for transfer plate by being formed of metal material, and making a rectangular thin plate material curve into a hollow cylinder, and then firmly joining opposite end peripheries each other. SOLUTION: The original shape of a carrier sleeve 1 is rectangular, and consists of thin plate material; subsequently, it is curved into a desired hollow cylinder. The mutually opposite end peripheries of the plate material are advantageously firmly joined each other through a joint of welding. A continuous manufacturing method of the carrier plate 1 is shown as a conventional method being executed in pipe welding operation. A welding process per se is carried out by a laser beam. The high accurate metal plate consisting of aluminum, steel, special steel, copper, brass, or the like has a wall thickness (s) of 0.1-0.6 mm in particular.
