<p>PURPOSE: To enable display when a device has no display means or even when the display number exceeds the possible display number by displaying and controlling trouble information detected by a trouble diagnosing circuit on the basis of a combination of lighting positions of AT indicator lamps whose lighting positions change in respense to shift positions of an automatic transmission. CONSTITUTION: A trouble diagnosing circuit 2 detects trouble in an internal apparatus 10, and stores it in a RAM 9. In an AT shift indicator 8, lighting positions of AT indicator lamps 16P, 16R, 16N, 16D, 16S and 16L change in respense to shift positions of an automatic transmission. A CPU 1 also serves as a trouble display control means to display and control trouble information detected by the trouble diagnosing circuit 2 by a combination of these lighting positions. A node trouble display function is provided in the indicator lamp 16P, and a past trouble display function is provided in the indicator lamp 16L. For example, when a heater control node runs into trouble, the indicator lamps 16P and 16R are lighted.</p> |
