PRODUCTION OF REGENERATED AGGREGATE

PURPOSE: To easily and efficiently recover regenerated fine aggregate contg. decreased adhered paste components from waste concrete materials. CONSTITUTION: The fine aggregate raw materials sieved in the process of crushing the waste concrete materials and recovering the regenerated coarse aggregate are taken out. These fine aggregate raw materials are agitated in a first agitating device of a dry process, by which the surfaces are rubbed; thereafter, the raw materials are further agitated in a second agitating device by which the surfaces are rubbed and the paste components adhered on the surfaces are removed. Then, the surfaces of the fine aggregate raw materials subjected to the dry process agitating process are rubbed down by agitating the raw materials within the second agitating device, by which the adhered paste components are more highly removed. The regenerated fine aggregate having the characteristics nearly equal to the characteristics of the brand new aggregate is thus obtd.
