<p>PURPOSE: To allow a crack to scarcely occur at a green sheet imparted with an uneven pattern by forming an aqueous slurry to a sheet, scattering fluidizer on the upper surface, pressure-reducing from the lower surface side to uniformly impregnate the green sheet with the fluidizer by utilizing the pressure reduction suction force when excessive water is dehydrated from the lower surface side by the pressure reduction. CONSTITUTION: A fluidizer 3 is scattered from a spray nozzle 2 on the upper surface of a sheet 10 while dehydrating the sheet 10 by a suction dehydrating unit 4. The fluidizer 3 is uniformly impregnated in a green sheet 7 by utilizing the pressure reduction suction force in the case of dehydrating the excess water by pressure reducing from the lower surface side. Thus, fluidity is imparted to the material of the sheet 7 when press-molded by using a mold with an uneven pattern, and a crack is scarcely generated at the sheet 7. After the press-molding, the excess water is squeezed from the sheet 7 to lose its fluidity, and the imparted pattern is not collapsed.</p> |
