摘要 PURPOSE: To rapidly, stably and accurately control the attraction force of an electromagnet so that the target attraction force is obtd. in a dwonward air suction type magnetic floating sintering method for improving the air permeability in a raw material layer by magnetically floating sintered ores. CONSTITUTION: The attraction force F of the electromagnet is previously regulated by (1) equation 1 and the energization current I corresponding to the target attraction force is applied as a set value to a DC power source device 1. An errorΔFR from the target attraction force is actually masured, and further, a parameter A is learned in real time in accordance with the attraction force F, a gap G between the electromagnet and the sintered ores, and the resulted value of the energization current I. The corrected energization current set valueΔIR is determined in accordance with (2) equation 2 and is superposed on the DC power source device 1.
