PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming Al-Mg alloy sheet capable of preventing the generation of the stretcher strain mark, in particular, the parallel band in the forming at the relatively low strain rate. CONSTITUTION: This method is a method for forming Al-Mg alloy sheet with less generation of the stretcher strain mark, containing, by weight, 2.5-10% Mg in the temperature range >=Tc( deg.C) specified by the formula Tc=200-10×Mg(%)+33×log10 SR according to the amount of Mg(%) and the forming strain rate SR(/s) of the material.
