<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the amt. of a resin to be used to the utmost and to increase the quality of a product by forming the recessed part in which the tip of the nozzle of an injection device is inserted to a fixed mold and providing the resin injection port communicating with a spool to the recessed part. CONSTITUTION: The recessed parts 41a, 42a in which the tip of the nozzle 2a of an injection device is inserted are formed to the contact plate 41 and attaching plate 42 constituting a fixed mold 4. The recessed part 42a of the attaching plate 42 is a through-hole and the recessed part 41a of the contact plate 41 is an expanded circular groove. The resin injection port 41b communicating with a sprue 43 is provided to the recessed part 41a of the contact plate 41. The tip of the nozzle 2a of the injection device is inserted in the recessed parts 41a, 42a of the contact plate 41 and attaching plate 42 of the fixed mold 4 and brought into contact with the resin injection port 41b of the recessed part 41a of the contact plate 41 to supply a molten resin to the sprue 43. Therefore, the sprue is shortened as much as the insertion of the tip of the nozzle 2a in the recessed part 41a of the contact part 41 and the cavity 13 is filled with the molten resin in a moment.</p> |
