PURPOSE: To prevent a cooking plate of a griddle from moving or floating by simplifying its constitution. CONSTITUTION: The griddle 2 is divided into the 1st body 20 to support a cooking plat& 1, and the 2nd body 22 on which electric parts are installed. The cooking plate 1 is installed on the 1st body 20, and the 1st body 20 with the cooking plate 1 is set to the 2nd body 22. On the setting, the cooking plate 1 is fixed to both of the 1st body 20 and the 2nd body 22. When all the components including the cooking plate 1, the 1st body 20, and the 2nd body 22 are fixed, electric current is sent from the electric contact to the electrode and the cooking plate 1 is heated.
