PURPOSE: To provide a structure of an air bag door of a car interior side member by which excellent external appearance can be maintained without causing the possibility that a thin repture expected part formed on the skin is cracked by the degradation of the skin. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of an air bag door where a thin rupture expected part 11 is formed in a skin prescribed part of a car interior side member 10 having the plastic skin 14 on a surface of a synthetic resin foaming body 13 and an air bag door 12 partitioned by the rupture expected part is integrally formed with the car interior side member, a hot melt adhesive is applied to the skin reverse of the rupture expected part, and a shielding material 16 is formed.
