<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet having a flexibility suitable for post- processing and excellent in emboss reproducibllity, durability and design effect by laminating a molten transparent thermoplastic resin to the surface of a base material sheet to cool and solidify the same before performing embossing processing. CONSTITUTION: A resin obtained by adding 15wt.% of low density polyethylene, 0.2wt.% of a phenolic oxidation inhibitor, 0.3wt.% of a hindered amine light stabilizer, 0.5wt.% of a benzotriazole type ultraviolet absorber and 0.2wt.% of a blocking inhibitor to random polymerized polypropylene is extruded to the gap between a cooling roll 21 to which vessel embossing is applied and a pressure roll 22 from a T-die 20 through a base material sheet coated with an adhesive. Embossing processing and laminating processing are simultaneously performed and a decorative sheet to which wiping processing and top coating processing are not applied is obtained.</p> |
