<p>PURPOSE: To fit a fender with no adjustment by using a fitting jig, regardless of the positioning standard hole accuracy of the fender. CONSTITUTION: To bearing members 11a and 11b provided at both ends of a connecting rod 10, standard pins 13 which consist of regular core pins fitted to the positioning standard holes 8a and 8b at the flange surface 6 side of a fender 5; and eccentric pins fitted to the positioning standard holes 4a and 4b at the fender installing surface 2 side of a body 1; are provided rotatable making the regular pins as the center, and allowable to lock to stop the rotation by fixing bolts, so as to form this fitting jig 9. Consequently, the center slippage amount▵L when the positioning standard holes 8a and 8b of the flange surface 6 are superposed on the positioning standard holes 4a and 4b of the fender installing surface is measured by a measuring unit, the standard pins with the eccentric amount coincident to the center slippage amount▵L are installed to the bearing members 11a and 11b the standard pins are fitted through the members 11a and 11b to the positioning standard holes of the flange surface and the flange installing surface, and the positioning standard pins 13 are rotated and locked through fixing bolts, so as to coincide to the center slipping directionαof the positioning standard holes, and the fender 5 is positioned.</p> |
