PURPOSE: To provide a cylindrical molded form in which effective light shield between annular elements disposed at the outside can be obtained and a mold for molding the form. CONSTITUTION: A mold comprises an outer mold 9 for molding the outer peripheral surface of a first movable barrel 16, and an inner mold 40 for molding the inner peripheral surface, wherein at least the mold 9 of the molds 9 and 40 is formed of a plurality of split molds 31, 32, 33, 34 split by splitting surfaces 31b, 31c, 32b, 32c, 33b, 33c, 34b, 34c inclined with respect to the circumferential direction and axial direction of the barrel 16. |
