OLEFIN RESIN PARTICL AND PRODUCTION OF PREFOAMING PARTICLE

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain resin particles with a desired shape while uniformizing the dispersion of a compd. and changing over a raw material resin rapidly and economically. CONSTITUTION: An unidirectional twin-screw kneading extruder is used to extrude an olefinic resin into hot water, of which the temp. is 5-90 deg.C and lower than the temp. of the resin by 140-220 deg.C, from a die nozzle with an emitting amt. per one hole of 0.5-8 kg/hr and a caliber of below 2 mm and the extrudate is cut within the hot water by a cutter blade to produce olefinic resin particles.
