发明名称 INK-JET APPARATUS AND CONDUCTIVE INK
摘要 PURPOSE: To enhance a discharging force from a nozzle and achieve super fine printing. CONSTITUTION: A conductive ink 20 is obtained by dispersing a conductive material 22 in an ink 21 having conduction properties. The conductive material 22 has a higher conductivity than the ink 21. Electrodes 7 and 9 confront each other via the conductive ink 20 in a storing space 5. An alternative current is applied between the electrodes 7 and 9. The current concentrates on the conductive material 22 having the higher conductivity and moreover concentrates on the surface of the conductive material 22 because of the skin effect. Since there are many conductive materials 22 present in the space held between the electrodes 7 and 9, the total surface area of the conductive materials 22 generating heat, is considerably large. A large amount of current can thus be supplied to inject thermal energy intensively to the ink 21. The ink generates bubbles by the heat and the pressurized ink is discharged out from a nozzle 6.
