PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a remarkable dehumidification effect of air contg. moisture and to bring an excellent drop of dew point in a maintenance stream side by composing a membrane made of a material contg. a polymer based on copolyetherester as a hollow system and making an exchange area of the membrane more than the specified value. SOLUTION: A drying apparatus 5 has a steam permeable, water-tight container which is equipped with profitably nonporous membranes. And the membranes consist of a material contg. a polymer based on copolyetherester, are composed as a hollow system and the exchange area of the membrane is >=2 m<2> . Air contg. moisture is supplied from a feed flowing hole 6 to the apparatus 5 and wet air introducing condition is catched at a measuring position 1. Carrying out condition of the maintenance stream at an outlet 7 of the maintenance stream is catched at a measuring position 2, and a part of it is supplied from a flowing in hole 8 to the apparatus 5 as a sweep stream. The product stream is controlled via a flow rate regulating apparatus 11, and is supplied as dryed, compressed air. A permeate stream 18 rich in moisture is carried out from a flow out hole 9 to the outside. |
