The invention relates to a device with a centrifuge for mechanically obtaining vegetable oil from oil seeds and/or fruits. A beating and conveying device (10) is arranged on a centrifuge drum (3) with an intake section (4) for oil seed or fruits and connected to a drive (2). The centrifuge drum (3) has an outlet (5) for vegetable oil and stems. In the centrifuge drum (3) there is an aperture (6) evenly increasing in diameter from the inlet (4) to the outlet (5). In the region of the outlet (5) the aperture (6) has separate outlet apertures (7, 7a; 8, 8a) for stems and vegetable oil. |
