<p>A system for attaching a table top to a table or desk underframe, wherein the underframe consists of a set of legs interconnected by crossbars (6). The system includes a number of fasteners (10) for attaching the table top (1) to the crossbars (6) of the underframe (3) in several places. Each fastener (10) includes a flexible tab (12) with one end (12a) secured to a holder (14) connectable to the table top (1), and a clamp (15) for clamping the free opposite end (12b) of the tab (12) within the fastener holder (14) once the tab (12) has been passed around one of the underframe crossbars, said clamp (15) being manually actuatable without using a tool.</p> |
