The device comprises a tool carrier shaft parallel to a counter-pressure cylinder, running in time with the machine and carrying tool carrier rings. One or more adaptors (9) with cylinder segments (11) can be fitted to the tool carrier rings (6). The cylinder segments may form the surface of the form cylinder (12). The dia. of the form cylinder may be the same as that of the rubber-blanket cylinder (2). There may be tool lines on the cylinder segments, and one or more adaptors and/or printing tools with cylinder segments may be fitted selectively to the tool carrier rings.
