<p>A mouth hygiene device comprising a holder, a mouth hygiene member detachably mounted on one end of the holder, and a vibrator housed in the end of the holder and vibrating the mouth hygiene member through the holder. The apparatus further comprises a cap member having a threaded portion screwed on a threaded portion formed on the other end of the holder and closing the aperture on the other end of the holder; a seal ring for sealing between the holder and cap, which is provided on the engagement end on the open side of either the holder or the cap, and which is pressed to either the cap or the holder in a given range of angles from the latter stage of screwing the cap to the completion; and contacts provided respectively on the holder and cap, capable of approaching each other when the cap is screwed on the holder, and abutting on each other within the aforesaid given range of angles in order to close the power supply circuit for supplying power to the vibrator. There is formed on the other end of the holder, a bottomed cylindrical holder having a plurality of first and second slits extending in the axial direction in order to detachably mount the device on the holder. A shaft which can be inserted into the cylindrical holder is provided. <IMAGE></p> |
