Level conversion circuit

The level conversion circuit allows a unipolar signal (IN) to be converted into 2 complementary signals (OUT, OUTB), using 2 series FET pairs (T1, T2; T3, T4), connected in parallel across the operating voltage source. The complementary output signals are obtained from the junctions between the transistors in each series pair. The control electrodes of one transistor (T1, T3) in each pair are coupled together, the control electrodes of the remaining transistors (T2, T4) each receiving the unipolar input signal.
