The mixture contains two parts of cement, 4 parts of fertilizers, 1 part of fine ground limestone and a certain part of dissolving water determined by calculating water coefficient which is V/C 0.42 to 0.45. Cement with ground limestone and fertilizers creates a concrete mixture which has, after hardening, a protective function against undesirable quick dissolving of fertilizer's components in water.
