<p>Method of manufacture of a component, of the wire or tape kind, made of a material based on a superconductive oxide with a high critical temperature, in which the said material is shaped while it is in the vitreous state,
characterised in that it is then crystallised
- in a first stage under a magnetic field, at a temperature T1 of between the glass transition temperature Tg and the crystallisation temperature Tx, during which the development takes place of isolated microcrystallites of submicron size, whose axes @ are directed mutually in parallel by virtue of the said applied magnetic field,
- in a second stage at a temperature T2 close to the crystallisation temperature, in which the existing seeds grow and retain the texture induced in the said first stage.</p> |
