forming a sphere shaped joining portion(1) on the iron base alloy; putting powder joining material(2) of copper alloy powder in the joining portion using a reinforcing base; reciprocally joining Fe alloy and copper alloy by pressing the jig with pressure of 5-20 Kgf/mm2 under N2+H2 atmosphere at 790-860 deg.C for 60 minutes. The method reduces production cost, and increases reliability of the product.
