The invention relates to a positive-locking, integrally formed work-piece holder with parallel clamping surfaces (5) for metallic work-pieces (3) with irregular contours and a process for assembling and dismounting the holder. Here, the holder is made of plastic and consists of a plurality of spaced rings (6) which are connected by webs (7, 8). The holder has the advantage that work-pieces (3) with irregular contours can be mounted and finished or repaired cost-effectively and quickly.
